Installation Instructions:


  1. Download zip file and Put into external/internal sd card
  2. Open Recovery mode (TWRP/CWM)
  3. Format System Partition (cwm>mount storage>format system)
  4. Wipe with Data/factory Reset
  5. Wipe Cache Partition and Dalvik Cache.
  6. Flash the rom zip file
  7. Fix Permissions if you are on TWRP and Reboot your device
  8. Open Greenify (app included) and hibernate all apps for double/better battery backup.
  9. Important: Charge phone to 100%, Calibrate battery (app included) and remove cable.

How To Root Micromax Canvas Magnus A117

There are two methods to root Micromax Canvas Magnus A117


Method 1


Requirement

  • USB Cable
  • Micromax A117 
  • Windows PC
  • USB Driver
  • ADB Driver
  1. Download Package from Here
  2. Enable USB Debugging on Micromax A117 (Phone Setting > Developer Option > Check the USB Debugging)
  3. Unzip Downloaded File to Desktop
  4. Open Folder and Open RUN.BAT file from Extracted Folder
  5. Press Any Key to ROOT
  6. Now connect your phone... (now lets wait for driver installation on your pc...)
  7. Wait till all process completion and again press any key to REBOOT your Phone...wait till reboot and your phone ROOTED Successfully...

Method 2


  1. Download "Framaroot.apk" from Here
  2. Install as Normal Apk...
  3. Open Framaroot
  4. Select Boromir
  5. Wait a sec and ROOTED Successfully...

CWM Based CTR Recovery 6.0.4.4


Instruction:


  1. Download the recovery.img from Here
  2. Paste it in your root of your SD-CARD
  3. Rename it to recovery.img
  4. Download Mobile Uncle Tools
  5. Open Mobile Uncle Tools
  6. Click on Recovery Update
  7. Choose recovery.img
  8. Reboot into recovery
  9. Reboot from recovery then
  10. Enjoy...
